   • It is advisable to book your bridal hair services as early as possible to secure your preferred date. We recommend reaching out at least 6-12 months before your wedding day to ensure availability. Although we take “last minute” bookings too, depending on availability.

   • To book your bridal hair services, simply contact us through our contact page; fill out as much as possible. We’ll be in contact via email and/or whatsapp. A booking fee is required to book out your specified date. A consultation/trial can be booked to discuss and get an idea of your vision(try to do this closest to the wedding).

   • Yes, we highly recommend scheduling a bridal trial. It provides an opportunity for you to discuss your ideas and trial a look that is tailor made for YOU. All looks are a general idea of what to expect. Perfection and refinement is for the wedding day.

   • Bridal hair trial sessions usually last between 1-2 hours per service. This allows ample time for consultation, trying different looks, and discussing the necessary adjustments to achieve your desired look on your wedding day.

   • Yes, Monique Loren provides on-site bridal hair services for your convenience. We’ll come to your chosen location, ensuring a stress-free and comfortable experience on your wedding day.

   • Monique Loren uses a mix of high-quality products to ensure a long-lasting and flawless finish. These products are chosen to complement various hair and skin types and styles while providing durability throughout the day.

1. Can you accommodate large bridal parties?
   • Absolutely! Monique Loren is experienced in catering to both intimate gatherings and larger bridal parties. Please inform us of the number of individuals requiring services, so we can plan accordingly. Our capacity is 10 guests. There is an option to book THE TEAM- this is for Melissa Fourie for Makeup and Monique Fourie for Hair Styling.

   • We understand that plans may change. If adjustments are needed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes and ensure a smooth experience leading up to your wedding day.

   • Our cancellation policy will be discussed during the booking process, if requested. It is also part of our /terms and Conditions. Typically, a non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date, and specific terms will be outlined in the agreement
